**Title: "CCTV Captures Crime Scene After Midnight Break-in in Khulshi"**
In a recent alarming incident, a group of thieves stormed into a house on Jaker Hossain Road in the Khulshi area during daylight hours. The police have confirmed that these burglars took advantage of their identities as journalists to gain entry into the residence and proceeded to rob the family members.
According to reports, approximately 12-13 individuals, including three women, forcefully entered the home in search of the homeowner, Amena Ahmed. Upon gaining access, they confiscated mobile phones from the residents and searched for illegal goods within the premises. The culprits managed to steal gold jewelry and cash, and eventually targeted a recently purchased Toyota Corolla parked at the house's entrance.
The thieves demanded that the keys be handed over under threat of harm, leading the household help to descend to retrieve them. Seizing this opportunity, they made off with the vehicle and other belongings from the home. It is noteworthy that there were no male members present in the house at the time of the crime, as per local witnesses.
The break-in was reported late into the night when police and Detective Branch (DB) teams arrived at the scene. They secured footage from nearby CCTV cameras to aid their investigation. The Station Officer in Charge (OC), Shahinur Rahman, speaking to Jugantor, emphasized that they are conducting a thorough inquiry into the matter.
Attempts were made by the authorities to gather comprehensive details about the incident through discussions with affected family members. It appears the family may have valuable information but remains reluctant to share it fully with law enforcement. The police continue their efforts in uncovering more about this well-planned crime and apprehending those responsible.
